Usage of art:
- Commissions are for personal use only unless you paid the commercial fee. Artwork may be used as a profile picture/banner/ but cannot be used for profit.- When commissioning for streaming assets, there is no commercial fee unless you use it for merch or purchasable goods. Please talk to me directly on how you will use this art.- I own all rights to the work I've drawn. I am allowed to post the piece on my socials and use it as examples. If you'd prefer I don't post or stream the art, you need to pay a fee of 50% more of the original commission- When commission fanart of game characters (ex: genshin, honkai, etc...) I have the right to use it for merchandise + printing to sell at conventions.--------------------------------------------------------------------pricing- Listed prices are base prices, depending on what you might add, the price may increase. Please understand the price of the art piece depends on its complexity.- Rush orders with a specific deadline (shorter than 3 - 5 months) will have additional fees. Please give 3 months max for illustrations and 5 months max for Vtuber models. This is in case a situation arises in my personal life and I have to take some time off. This is also to ensure quality and detail into your art work.- I have every right to decline a commission if I feel my skill level is may not meet your request. Either that or I have the right to refuse due to reasons I cannot disclose.--------------------------------------------------------------------Payment- Payment can only be done via Paypal or Gcash. I will be sending an invoice where you have to deposit at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) for the Art piece.
This must be paid before I can start working on your request. Once the sketch has been approved, you will be paying in full so I can finish the art piece.- if due to sudden circumstances I cannot complete your commission, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed.for example: the character has been rendered out but the background hasn't, that will be a 40% refund. It depends on how much i've worked on it.- I have every right to refuse and cancel the order if you act aggressive and rude towards me, any inappropriate behavior and gestures towards me will force me to cancel the order. I will be refunding you, but will keep the 50% deposit of the total payment due to you wasting my time and slot as compensation.--------------------------------------------------------------------Process
- There will be four stages to this process.- First will be our discussion where in you answer a google form to help me understand your request better! ( this is to help avoid miscommunication)- sketching phase will be where I will execute your request with a draft, by now you would have paid the 50% deposit. Once you approve the sketch you will be sending the remaining 50% deposit.- Coloring phase will be where I color in the sketch so you can check if the color are accurate! once this is approved I move onto the rendering phase- After rendering it, everything will be done and I will be sending it to you VIA email!-----------------------------------------------------------------Revisions and details to the process- Once you finalize and send me your request with details, I will start and send progress images of the sketch for you to review and approve or make revisions. you have unlimited revisions during the sketching phase. Once you approve the sketch, refunds may not be requested at this point forward unless I give a refund due to specific situations.- Once I finished the sketch and move onto the coloring stage, you have 3 Revisions. Any more revisions over the limit or revisions regarding the color AFTER you have approved the coloring stage will result in an extra fee charged.- Once I start rendering, you will also have 3 Revisions. Any more revisions over the limit or revisions regarding the render AFTER you have approved the coloring stage will result in an extra fee charged.- Once I finish and you approve the last stage, you will receive the piece full res.png file via email for better quality. You will also receive a watermarked jpeg for social media posting. There will be no physical product delivered.NOTE: You will be put on a waitlist so you know when your turn will be next if I have a long queue, you can find this waitlist right next to my navigation bar in this card :3

You are not allowed to sell or exchange my art with other people or print it out as an NFT. This is unless you have my permission written and you paid the commercial fee for the rights to sell. You are not allowed to use my art for free assets or any online/physical marketplace.any art I create is my own and I have every right to post, sell, publish, and turn into merchandise UNLESS exclusive rights are purchased.
